The mission and ministry of First Baptist Church of Forsyth
revolve around seven avenues of ministry:
Worship     Music      Fellowship      Missions      Education     Youth & children     Senior Adults 

The goal of these seven avenues of ministry is twofold:
1) to awaken and nurture our faith in Jesus Christ and
2) to assist the people of God to find expression of their faith in the world in an effort to build God’s Kingdom.  

Please take note that the hub of these seven avenues of ministry is worship.  Worship is when the All Holy God and sinful humanity unite.  We bring to God adoration and praise, and God extends to us His life transforming grace by way of His Son Jesus Christ.  Worship thus is about communing with the Divine along with other fellow pilgrims of the community of faith.
