Activity Permission Form

Fill out a permission form for each event your children will attend outside of our regular weekly activities (you do not have to fill out a form if a parent is chaperoning, but we need to know they are attending for planning purposes).

"Kids Worship" is a worship service especially designed for children!  Each week we sing songs, have a DVD clip, hear a Bible story and a devotion, learn a Bible verse, do sign language and dances, have a worship response time, play games, and so much more!  Come check us out!

Each Wednesday evening, we offer a TeamKID club for children!  This year's club is TeamKID: Character Challenge. 
We learn about character traits God wants us to have, have Bible stories and mission lessons, and play games that help children to learn what is being taught each week.  Every lesson has a special verse that goes with it to help remind us what God wants us to do!
